Here is my Brand New Web Log! Hello and thanks for visiting.
With it being the new year I believed it was time I setup a webpage so I can write about what I really like (personal training).
I work with different clients along with a number of health clubs and over the past several years I have aided individuals accomplish a number of goals from becoming fit, gaining muscle mass to training for a marathon and also reducing weight.
Weekly I'll try to write at least 1 report to share with you guys and ideally you will find them practical!
